This advanced training panel is designed for industrial automation education, built around Finder OPTA logic relays which are programmed using the industry-standard CODESYS (IEC 61131-3) platform. It provides a powerful and versatile environment for developing complex control and communication skills.
The structure includes (main pieces):
- 16 switches (retentive and pulse) for DI simulation and 16 x 4 mm safety sockets for external DI
- 12 x 4 mm safety sockets for electro-mechanical relay outputs
- 4 potentiometers for simulating the analog channel input in voltage 0V DC…+10V DC
- 4 switches ON/ON/ON for AI source selection (simulated via potentiometer/ Syslink analog connector/4 mm safety sockets)
- 4 pairs of 4 mm safety sockets for external AI signals
- 2 pairs of 4 mm safety sockets for AO signals
- 2 pairs of 4 mm safety sockets for powering external equipment via 24V DC output
